2027: LIKE MINDS SUPPORT GROUP FOR BAGO HOLDS INAUGURAL MEETING, UNVEILS LGA COORDINATORS IN MINNA

Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the Like Minds Support Group for Bago and all APC flag bearers has held its inaugural general meeting and presented appointment letters to its Local Government Coordinators.

The event, which took place at the Women Multi-Purpose Hall in Minna, attracted APC party stakeholders, various groups, committees and patrons of the Like Minds Group.

Addressing the gathering, the Chairman of the group, Comrade Usman Muhammad Sani, called on Nigerlites to canvass support and vote for Farmer Governor Muhammad Umar Bago and his Deputy, Comrade Yakubu Garba, as well as all APC candidates in the 2027 elections.

He noted that supporting the administration will enable it to do more in its developmental initiatives across the state.

In his presentation, the Guest Speaker at the event, Hon. Yahaya Abdul Idrees, said the projects carried out by the present administration of Governor Muhammad Umar Bago have been speaking louder than his voice, stressing that there is need for people to give maximum cooperation and support.

He called on the Local Government Coordinators to mobilise people at the grassroots to vote for all APC flag bearers in the state.

Also speaking, the APC Party Chairman in Niger State, Hon. Aminu Bobi, who was represented by the Secretary, Chanchaga LGA, Isa Abdulkadir, commended the group for coming up with the initiative and pledged to give them maximum support to enable them achieve their set goals.

Speaking on behalf of the Local Government Coordinators, Comrade Abubakar Umar from Mokwa, promised total commitment and dedication in discharging their duties at the grassroots level.

The occasion also featured goodwill messages from patrons and dignitaries, as well as discussions on the way forward for the group.

The highpoint of the ceremony was the poem presentation and symbolic presentation of appointment letters to the Local Government Coordinators.
