2027: INEC Confirms Saidu Alfa for Chanchaga Assembly Race

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has published the nomination documents and personal particulars of Hon. Saidu Alfa, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Chanchaga State Constituency seat in the Niger State House of Assembly.

The publication follows the submission of candidates’ particulars by political parties as part of preparations for the forthcoming 2027 general elections.

Speaking on the development, Saidu Alfa described the publication of his documents as an important stage in his political journey and a renewed call to serve the people of Chanchaga Constituency.

He expressed appreciation to the leadership and members of the PDP, political stakeholders, supporters, volunteers and residents of the constituency for their confidence and continued support.

According to him, his aspiration is driven by the desire to provide effective, responsive and people-oriented representation at the Niger State House of Assembly.

Alfa said his campaign would focus on issues affecting the people, including quality education, youth and women empowerment, skills development and improved engagement between the people and their representatives.

He called on PDP members, supporters and residents of Chanchaga Constituency to remain united and committed to the collective goal of building a stronger voice for the constituency.

The PDP candidate also pledged to run a peaceful and issue-based campaign as political activities towards the 2027 elections continue.

He said, “This journey is about the collective hope of our people and the need for purposeful representation. I remain committed to listening to the people and working with them to advance the development of Chanchaga Constituency.”

Hon. Alfa is seeking to represent Chanchaga State Constituency in the Niger State House of Assembly on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
